We respect your time and resources. If you need to cancel an upcoming live consultation, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to be eligible for a full refund or a free reschedule. Cuts or cancellations occurring within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Due to the highly customized nature of our digital products (Dosh Samadhan, Finance, Business, Marriage, Education reports, etc.), we cannot offer refunds once the report calculation process has commenced. If an error is established in the birth details provided to us prior to the report generation, we will gladly generate a corrected copy free of charge.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending securely on the Razorpay payment gateway timelines.
